What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original box and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchanges can be made in-store at Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills or Yas Mall. Sale items are non-exchangeable.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days to UAE, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Tabby (buy now pay later) and Cash on Delivery.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at contact@prettyballerinas.ae with photos and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
