Artisan Design in Minorca
From the mood board to the last, every Mascaró model is created at our Minorca headquarters. Our design team transforms inspiration into unique sketches that define each season's direction — shoes combining style, comfort, and personality.
Step Two
Premium Leather Selection
The creation process begins with a meticulous leather inspection. We select only first-quality materials, evaluating their texture, durability, and finish to guarantee excellence in every pair. This step ensures not only aesthetics, but lasting comfort.
Step Three
Hand-Cut by Master Craftsmen
Every pair of Pretty Ballerinas is crafted from leather cut by hand by master artisans in our Minorca factory. This traditional technique, perfected over 100 years, ensures precision and respect for the natural texture of each leather hide.
Step Four
Hand-Sewn to Perfection
The artisan stitching process is the soul of the shoe. Expert hands assemble each piece with millimetre precision, guaranteeing strength, comfort, and beauty in every seam. This step gives the shoe its structure — and its character.
Step Five
Moulded & Finished by Hand
Our master artisans mould each shoe on its last with precision and expertise. Once perfectly formed, the sole is hand-glued and the final touches applied — from hand-polishing to careful finishing. Perfection in every detail.
