Handcrafted design in Menorca

From the mood board to the last, each Mascaró shoe model is created at our headquarters in Menorca. Our design team transforms inspiration into unique sketches that define each season's trends. We design women's shoes with style, comfort, and personality , taking care of every detail from the first stroke.

Selection of high quality leather

The process of creating our handmade shoes in Menorca begins with a thorough leather inspection. We only select top-quality materials , evaluating their texture, durability, and finish to ensure excellence in each pair. This phase ensures that each model not only looks good but also offers durability and comfort.

Hand cut

At Mascaró, each pair of shoes begins with a hand-cut leather made by master artisans in our factory in Menorca. This traditional technique, which we have perfected for over 100 years, guarantees precision and respect for the natural texture of each leather. We rely on a manual process that preserves the essence of Spanish artisanal footwear

Hand-stitched

The artisanal stitching process is key to the construction of our shoes. The expert hands of our artisans assemble each piece with millimeter precision, ensuring that each seam provides strength, comfort, and beauty. Molded and assembled

In this key phase of artisanal footwear manufacturing , our master craftsmen mold each shoe to its last with precision and expertise. Once the shoe achieves its perfect shape, the sole is glued by hand , ensuring durability, comfort, and quality.
