Patent leather shoe care:
When storing patent leather shoes in their box, there's an important point to remember: they shouldn't be in direct contact with each other to avoid staining. For care, it's recommended to apply a light, non-abundant silicone spray and clean them with a dry cloth.

Care of nappa leather shoes:
The most recommended way to clean smooth nappa leather shoes is to lightly apply a specific cream matching the tone (or colorless) with a dry chamois.

Care of suede and nubuck shoes:
It's important, in the case of suede and nubuck shoes, to apply a water-repellent protective spray before wearing them. For stains, it's advisable to gently sand the stain with very fine-grit sandpaper. Afterwards, brush the shoe with a natural bristle brush.

Care of velvet and furry shoes:
With velvet or furry shoes, it is very effective to apply steam with a hairdryer, and then comb the material in the direction of the fur, with a natural bristle brush.

Silk shoe care:
Silk is a very delicate material, so any action or treatment must be done with extreme care. We recommend gently cleaning them with a soft cloth dampened with water and mild soap, and letting them air dry at room temperature.

Care of water-repellent elastic fabric shoes:
Shoes made of water-repellent elastic fabric should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with soapy water and left to dry at room temperature.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days by courier service to Dubai, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait. Shipping is completely free in Dubai and Kuwait.

Returns
We have a 14-day exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
